November14, IFIF public relation- At the international conference of Global Grains held in Switzerland, Secretary General of Federation of Iranian Food Associations Kaveh Zargaran, analyzed economic situation, business environment, agricultural production and Iran's grains market. "Global Grains" is the organizer of “Geneva 2016 event “in the world in the field of grains industry in which well-known agriculture and grains specialists, including Risk Management Consultant of  Bloomberg News "Paul Dvbravk", "Dmitry Fvrda" from Nabola Russian company, senior manager of business strategic development of SGS international company "Fraser Gilbert", CEO of Cargill International company “Zolta Kozha",  chairman of financial markets research of  Rabo bank "John Lamborgot" commercial manager of Rabo Bank Karl Walken and other decision and policy makers, experts and senior grains suppliers from 65 countries attended in the meeting.

Kaveh Zargaran as a representative of Iran`s private sector and the only Iranian speaker at the conference, described various aspects of Iran`s economy, including grains market and banking issues.

During the three-day meeting of global grains which is one of the most important gathering of activists in the world's grains, Zargaran outlined the business environment in Iran and held talks about Iran`s GDP growth and removal of international banking obstacles.

He also explained grains production and vegetable oil in the country over the past few years as well as Iran's grains market opportunities and challenges.

“In terms of banking transactions we are in the good situation and the problems caused by the sanctions have been eliminated”, he added.

"Global Grains" is an international organization holds seminars in different parts of the world. In 2016 they had seminars in countries including South America, China, North America and Africa annually that the largest and most important one is the Geneva conference.
