November 28, IFIF public relation- A memorandum of understanding on technology cooperation was inked between Iran Trade Promotion Organization and International Trade Center (ITC), a specialized agency of the United Nations Conference on Trade.

On the sideline of the 11th Conference on Trade Promotion Organizations in Morocco, head of Iran Trade Promotion Organization Mojtaba Khosrow-Taj and the Executive Director of the International Trade Centre (ITC) Arancha González signed the MoU.

Drafting a strategy for promotion of national exports, performance adaptability study, activities of Iran Trade Promotion Organization with similar organizations of the world, planning and running of practical educational courses for commercial attaché in the foreign markets, capacity-building in small and medium sized companies active in market analysis and trade intelligence along with expansion of joint cooperation on dissemination of information and commercial education were the issues mentioned in the MoU.

It is hoped that joint ventures between Iran Trade Promotion Organixation and ITC would enhance economic ties between the two sides.
