Iran, China Stress Boosting Economic ties
Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif and his Chinese counterpart Wang Yi in a meeting in Kazakhstan on Friday underlined the need for boosting economic and trade cooperation.

During the meeting in Kazakh capital today, Zarif and Wang explored avenues for bolstering and reinvigorating bilateral relations in different field of economy.

The two senior officials also discussed banking cooperation, export of Iran’s petrochemical products to China, diplomatic shuttles, crisis between certain regional states, implementation of the nuclear deal between Tehran and world big powers.

Chinese foreign minister also reaffirmed his country’s support for Iran’s full membership in Shanghai Cooperation Organization.

Zarif is now in Kazakhstan to attend the Shanghai Cooperation Organization summit in which it is predicted that Iran’s official membership in the organization will be raised and examined.

Iran's top diplomat will also attend the opening ceremony of Expo 2017 international exhibition.
